Strollin’ down the rail trail

Saturday morning brought more beautiful weather around Central PA, but it was going to be a hot one.  My husband and I decided to hop into the car early, with Tanner, to check out the trailhead to the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail. We had been on a section of the trail in Newville, PA last summer and knew that it would be perfect to take Tanner on an early morning stroll that had lots of shady trees to keep us cool.

This is the face of one happy pup.  He loves being outdoors, sniffing all the things, and seeing new people.

If you are ever in Cumberland County, PA and want to check out the rail trail, click on the link above to find out more information about it.  Pets are allowed, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet.  This is also a very popular place to take your bicycle!
