Introducing Tanner

After much deliberation, we finally decided to get a puppy!  We spent a lot of time trying to decide what breed would best suit our lifestyle.  In the end, though, we came home with a mixed breed puppy.

Just got home with our new puppy!

We just got home from adopting our new puppy!  Introducing Tanner!

It’s been a long day, time for a nap!
He’s so cute!
Sleeping on the pillow. He’s so small!  Look at my tongue!
We made him even cuter!
He loves sleeping in the sunshine!
Stop waking me up for pictures!
OMG the cuteness!
Tanner at 11 weeks.
We decided he needed a bandanna!
He’s already sick of this snow!
Look at my…..
Still cute!
He’s so relaxed!
Please Daddy, may I have some cake?
Our nephew Tyler got along great with Tanner!
Tanner is slowly getting used to riding in the car.
Finally, we had a nice Spring day, so we decided to go for a hike!
Tanner was already tired by this point on the hike, Daddy was not.
Please, Mommy, take me for a hike!
Thanks, Mommy! Now I’m going to carry this stick all the way to Canada!
Never mind, I’ll just chew on this stick for a few hours.
Tanner is eager for the adventures that will come!

In the 17 years that Ashley and I have been together, Tanner is our first dog.  The first two months have been a challenge for sure.  We are still in love with our new puppy though.  Stay tuned to see Tanner’s upcoming adventures!

These don't deserve their own category
